International Delivery
International delivery is available on selected products and destinations.
Available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout where possible. If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will let you know whether delivery can be arranged.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Availability
Some products may be held in stock, while others may be supplied or dispatched directly by one of our selected suppliers.
Because of this, processing and delivery times can vary between products.
Where an item has an extended lead time, we aim to make this clear on the relevant product page.
Multiple Item Orders
If you order more than one product, your items may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive at different times.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided by email when available once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a short period after receiving your dispatch confirmation for tracking information to update.
Delivery Delays
We aim to provide realistic delivery estimates, but delays can occasionally occur due to couriers, customs, supplier availability or circumstances outside our control.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate it for you.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery information is correct before completing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive as expected, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
For damaged deliveries, please retain the packaging and provide photographs where possible so we can investigate the issue.
